BE PART OF SOMETHING THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR WORLD!
The route will follow stunning back roads and mountain bike trails. This is a general ride with extra options for the more enthusiastic and avid riders. Check out last years ride snaps on our facebook page. www.facebook.com/ride4rescue/
Each day holds its own surprises and treats with varied accommodation and tourist activities to enjoy. We have our own chef for the journey who will provide delicious, nutritious meals with the occasional treat!
You will have to decide what level ride to join up with -
Guns - you're up for a challenge! Long climbs are just workouts before morning-tea; you want to test yourself, but still have a great time and see some great stuff; happy to get into it early and push yourself to make the check-ins. If you are under 18 OR have not been doing regular training this is not your ride.
Cruisers - you're also up for a challenge, but you want to complement your success with a bit more time to savour the experience along the way; you don't mind tackling a hill, but Everest is really outside your league (and interest); a cuppa and cake and some time to chat along the way are as important as stretching yourself to make the goal.
Maximum of 30 riders, first in, first served! (15 riders on behalf of each project.)
REGISTRATION FEE: $540 per rider
FUNDRAISE $1500 per rider as minimum fundraising direct to elected project
PLUS $5 extra for those that want to go down the flow track at Threadbo. (This is not part of the official ride however totally optional and at your own risk) see Flow track
