ABOUT THE RIDE
In September 2025, Ride4Rescue is launching our biggest ride and biggest fundraiser ever: Ride4Life! Four adventurous Aussie ladies are gearing up for a very unique challenge - riding a QUAD TANDEM bike across Australia. This will be a world first!
The six week journey will cover more than 4,000km from Perth to Sydney, stopping at schools across Australia to share the adventure and important cause.
The ultimate goal of Ride4Life is to raise $500,000 for Gotcha4Life, an organisation aiming to improve the mental fitness of Australians, and cut the tragic amount of suicides in Australia every day (7 men / 2 women.)
As we plan for the ride, we're looking for individual and corporate sponsors who can help get this event rolling! Please contact us for a sponsorship prospectus.
We are also most grateful to receive donations of any amount directly to our fundraising page. For more about our team - and the cause - keep scrolling!
ABOUT THE CAUSE

GOTCHA4LIFE is a health promotion charity founded by media personality Gus Worland in 2017 after the devastating loss of his mentor to suicide, and the loss of over 3,000 lives to suicide every year.
GOTCHA4LIFE has been on a mission to inspire and enable all Australians to take action to build their mental fitness. They do this through developing and delivering preventative programs and resources which help people develop the skills and confidence to reach out, speak up and connect through meaningful conversations so they feel safe and supported when life throws challenges their way. The ultimate vision for Gus and the team at GOTCHA4LIFE is a suicide-free future, where no one worries alone.
ABOUT THE RIDERS
Hi, I'm Louise! A high-spirited, adventurous, God-fearing girl always looking out for that next adventure my bike can take me on, especially when it's for a cause I truly believe in. My greatest joy has been raising my four amazing sons alongside my husband Paul. Together we have explored many beautiful places in the great outdoors. Cycling has always been a huge part of my life. This is why I founded my charity Ride4Rescue. I've already completed two tandem rides with my sons – 1,000km with Nat and 2,300km with Matty.
Now I'm gearing up for my biggest adventure yet! Riding a custom-made quad tandem bike across Australia with three amazing women, covering over 4,000km! This journey is not just about the ride - it's about supporting Gotcha4life, an organisation committed to making the world a place where no one has to worry alone. On the tough days, it's this that will keep me pedalling. Every kilometre is a step closer to a world where mental health (or mental fitness as Gotcha4Life calls it) is prioritised, and no one worries alone and considers ending their life.

G'day, I'm Anna!
I'm a passionate educator by day, teaching Health & Physical Education and Mathematics to high school students. I also love writing and singing songs that encourage and bring joy to others. Other passions are surfing, eating mangoes and reading. I am feeling excited and nervous about this Down Under adventure! Excited for all the beautiful sights and quality time with the gals, yet nervous for all the potholes and fumes we will be riding through! It's for a great cause though, let's do it!!

Hi, I'm Sonia!
Probably coming in as the least sporty (and most nerdy) of these great women. Regardless, I love bringing life to projects that empower and uplift people in our communities both here and abroad. This is definitely one of those! Helping people to heal is what I do every day and building resilience, improving mental health and saving lives is my ikigai, so if it means sitting on a bike for six weeks chatting to three friends as we scope out Australia, so be it. Let's make that difference!

Hello, I'm Rach!
A fun-loving, spontaneous and outdoorsy gal who loves any adventure under the summer sun, especially one which travels across our beautiful and open landscapes in Australia. When I heard about this world first challenge I just had to be a part of it! I'm a PE teacher, and have been privileged to teach at a number of remote schools – as far away as the Gulf of Carpentaria and Norfolk Island – encouraging students to keep active, living happier and healthier. Running is my preferred exercise, but have jumped on the bike for a few charity bike rides before – raising money for important causes gives me the motivation for that!
